3. Test the Lightning Alarm

LIGHTNING ALARM TEST

This article explains how to simulate or run a test on the Lightning Alarm service.

  1. From this page : https://www.meteorage.com/user/login log in to your customer area.

2. Select the subscription on which you wish to perform the alarm test and click on "History".

  1. Click on the "Test Alert" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  1. Choose an alert message type (Start, End, Other)

All the media registered in your subscription will receive the information: be sure to inform the recipients of lightning alert messages in advance to avoid confusion.

  1. Complete the message to indicate that this is a service test.
    Example: Alarm test - do not take into account

  1. Check that the alert message has been received by the différent media registered in your subscription.

If you haven't received any messages on any of your means of communication, please contact us to check that there isn't a malfunction on the service or your subscription.
