Access to the Meteorage Help Center

To access the Meteorage Help Center, use the following address: https://meteorage.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

You need to create an account or log in with an Atlassian account to access all Help Center functions. This is not compulsory, but allows you to centralize your tickets, check their status and track them directly from Jira.

If you don't wish to create an account, you can manage tickets from your mailbox by sending and replying to messages from helpdesk@meteorage.com

 

Create an account

I don't have an Atlassian account.


  1. Click on the Login button at top left

  1. This takes you to the Help Center login page. Enter your e-mail address to register.

Login

I already have an Atlassian account.


  1. Click on the Login button in the top left-hand corner.

  1. This takes you to the Help Center login page. Enter your e-mail address to log in.

 

Disconnect


  1. At the top right of your screen, click on the green circle containing your initials: a drop-down menu appears.

  1. Click on Logout.

Password forgotten


  1. If your password no longer works or you don't know it, click on Password forgotten.

  2. Enter your e-mail address in the following window

  1. Check your mailbox (don't forget to look in your spam folder).

  1. Set a new password, then click on "Confirm".

 

 

Modify Atlassian profile settings

  1. Once logged in, click on the green circle containing your initials at the top right of your screen: a drop-down menu appears.

  1. Click on Profile.

  2. A new page opens.

  1. By clicking on "Manage my account" or "Modify account preferences", you will be redirected to the Atlassian website where you can modify your profile information (contact details, language, time zone, etc.).
